Canal's Edge - Renovations
Scope: This project includes exterior upgrades and mechanical upgrades to the 88 units within the property. Exterior upgrades include but are not limited to landscaping, siding, soffits, facia and gutters, roofing, a property backflow, and patching, sealing, and striping of the parking lot. Mechanical upgrades will include hot water tanks and HVAC systems based on existing conditions, as some of the units have been replaced recently.
Estimated Cost: $2,500,000

Demorest Townhomes - RFQ for CMAR
Scope: RFQ for CMAR for Demorest Townhomes Phase II consisting
of 102 units within 13 townhome style buildings and a clubhouse. The
exteriors will be a mix of vinyl and stone. The clubhouse will include
an outdoor amenity space, offices, restrooms, a community space with a
kitchenette, and a gym.
Preliminary Budget: $15,000,000
Pre-Submission Meeting: Monday September 22nd, 2025 at 10:00am.
RFQ Due date: Thursday October 16th, 2025 by 10:00am.

The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is accepting proposals for CMAR services for The Falls site development and new construction of a new 220-unit, ten building 3 story walk-ups, eight garage buildings, and a clubhouse.
